Poor service and poor social skills. Can barely get out a "hello".
After they put two tyres on they told me they cracked my hub cap, but not to worry because it doesn't affect its use.
No offer to get another one or to lower the price of the tyres despite them causing damage. After they were done I went in to pay and 4 people were standing around looking confused and not saying anything. I waited for a minute before just asking someone "so who do I pay????", And someone on their phone eventually mumbles, oh yeah.....
I don't know why it felt like my whole presence was very unwelcome and I was very uncomfortable by the whole encounter.
Don't think I would go back ....
A neighbour recommended them to me after using them for over 15 years.
Now, I vow to never go anywhere else. After they fixed me up with new tyres, I knew they were genuine and booked my car in for a service straight away. They go above and beyond and to find honest, reliable providers in this line of work has been a godsend. I’ll be a customer for life.
I have used this service three times in the past. Some staff are very helpful and professional. Others - well - I left in tears last time I went there due to a person talking to me as if I was a 5 year old. Yes - I knew I hadn't brought the car back for a check - but the point is - AT NO STAGE DID I ASK FOR THE COMPANY TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. I simply wanted the problem checked for safety and fixed (at my cost) ...read more
look i know them i did work experience there if you had done what they had said they wouldnt have yelled.
look i did work experience there and i know them if they had a go at you it would have been a good reason by the looks of it you didnt listen to them and they are very nice.
Newbie: It seems that you have the same problem as them - you did not understand exactly what I said. Can't be more clear then that. The point it - and I admit it - no I didn't bring the car back for a check BUT I did NOT ask them at any time to be held responsible for my circumstances - I merely asked them to LOOK at it and advise me and possibly get some more money from me to fix it. I was willing to pay for my mistake - but I didn't get a chance. Is that clear enough? As for saying "by the looks of it" when you clock up a bit more life experience - then you may be qualified to make a judgement.
NO excuse to speak to a customer so abruptly...regardless. It's unprofessional conduct for a start. That's my point of view
