We called them and booked in for our carpets to be cleaned and was booked in...10am on the Saturday.
We spent 3 hours moving furniture to ensure there was nothing in the way and we would get all covering thoroughly cleaned...our backs were tired.
They did not arrive so we phoned and sms'd him to see what was the hold up..no reply. We continued to call and sms throughout the day several times and no answer or reply..
So we had no chioice but needed to get the furniture back in the rooms so we could sleep and live.
They did bot have the decency to call us to expain and it was a neighbor who know them who told us 3 weeks later that he had something come up..
Hopeless and unprofessional not to have the common courtesy to call and re-book.
