We would like to thank Antonio + Jodie for performing a wonderful task revitalising our 18 year old carpets. We were going to lay new carpets prior to selling our home but that is no longer required due to the amazing job. ChemDry has saved us thousands. They arrived on time and were extremely helpful and pleasant as they worked. The repair to the carpet stains was amazing - they are gone. This may be an unusual review .. because Chemdry cleaned nothing. Dina came, did some tests, was worried the fabric on our couch might run and took an old sample pillow (kilim fabric) away for a test. It ran. She said don't do it. I said I'd pay for their time. She said no. They delivered the pillow back. So unusual that a company looks at what is right for the customer rather than itself. I trust Chemdry ...I think you can too.

Your case was a little different from the usual review as normally people are complementing us on the great results or high quality of workmanship. With your case we deemed it in your best interest not to proceed with the clean as the dyes were migrating into the lighter colours and it would have lessened the value of your furniture. We truly do value our customer and are not here just for a quick buck. We will ALWAYS do what is in the customers best interest; even if that means walking away from a sale. Have used Chemdry Metro on several occasions, and will continue to do so. They have done a fantastic job cleaning my carpet and lounge suite. All the stains and marks (from having a 7 and 2 year old) have all been removed. My lounge suite looks brand new. Both the carpet and lounge suite dried really quickly, which was an important factor with kids. Best carpet cleaning company by far!
These guys are fantastic. They said that they were The International Franchisee of the Year. There are over 4500 in the company worldwide. One of the owners, Antonio is such a knowledgeable guy. He knows how to get every possible spot or stain out of carpets. I will be telling everyone to use Chem-Dry Vic Metro. Speak with Kellie - she is awesome!!!!
