Bought some dodgy glucose test strips and they refused to refund because although they are in date, they accused me of "tampering" with them. When I called and asked for a refund they just said "no" and went silent, literally had to quiz them as to why I am not entitled to a refund. They referred me to take it up with the manufacturer which they arnt allowed to do. Going to ACCC. I would steer clear of this place anyway, always have to wait ages to be served and the parking is a joke.

Prices are so cheap! There are always plenty of staff willing to help.

The only thing is the parking bit is a bit small and if you drive to the end and there are no parks it's hard to turn around cause its a dead end.
