If you expect an after sale service think again.
I returned a clearly faulty manufactured item that I purchased less than two weeks ago for $14.99, expecting a mere exchange (not refund). I was told I should leave my phone number and address for the organisation to assess the extent of the faulty item and IF valid ask me to go back and pick up a replacement. I am a 53 year old business man and value my time.
I will not return to this establishment.
I will go to the local corner chemist to at least get a good old fashion friendly Aussie service.
They have a right to do that by law.
For a 50 yo business man you seems pretty upset about 15 dollars....
Get over it.
