I purchased 9 different varieties of bare root grapes a couple of months ago, however only 5 out of the 9 have taken. When I contacted the nursery I was told that they have a no replacement policy - so I've effectively spent $64 on plants that failed to grow, I have NEVER had an issue with anything failing to grow in my garden, and have purchased from several online and mail order nurseries. NEVER EVER purchase from Cherry Lane nursery - BUYER BEWARE. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO BUNNINGS - THEY HAVE A 12 MONTH PLANT PROMISE - expensive lesson learnt.
and why should a nursery have to warranty a living product...??
There are too many factors outside of the sellers control that determine the success or failure of a plant and the seller should not be liable for that.
