It took over a month of me pestering daily to finally recieve a quote on flowers for my wedding day, with responses daily saying it would be sent "tomorrow".
I am getting married in 3 days and am hiring chair covers, still awaiting confirmation if we can even use them!!! Haven't heard a thing since Monday afternoon when I was told I would hear back that evening!
