I think Dr. Seton is fabulous! I habeen seeing him for many years now and would not recommend anyone else. He is down to earth, very, very thorough, easy to talk to and calls a spade a spade but still is kind and caring. Once you have seen him you will know hwat I mean. A 5 star doctor!

Dr Seaton has been our family doctor for over 10 years. He is kind, compassionate and above all else an amazing doctor. I have never found the receptionists rude but yes they are busy and dont need to have a chat. It’s a quick check in process and I usually go grab a coffee if there’s a wait. The reason this place is so busy is because they are open longer hours and have such a large number of established loyal patients. Also being located under one of the largest holiday letting buildings means they get a lot of walk in traffic over the weekends. Week days I never have to wait.

I know the doctors from this practice,they're transferred from over the road @ the"Surfers Paradise day & night surgery" where I've had bad experiences wit hmost of the G.Ps who work there,too.Drs Dent & Seton are unprofessional & don't seem to know what they're doing when I'd consultations. Also,Dr Wilson's similar but he appears to want to help you when you've a genuine issue you go for a consulation to him & then he turns against you then as they do treat you unfairly..As another review stated the receiptionists are usually rude & you wait alot longer than you're meant to for your appointment.

I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years. This practice offers a great service and Dr Seton is a kind, gregarious and highly knowledgeable Dr. Although if you are time poor it can be difficult as there is often a wait as this is a walk in service, the difference is that you can actually get in to see a great Dr on the day. Most practices are booked out days in advance so you can't see a Dr when you need to. I've always found the staff to be kind, patient and professional. My family now visit Dr Seton at this practice too.

This practice provides very poor service. The administration staff are rude, you wait hours after your appointment time to be seen and the doc6or I saw does not actually listen to you. Will not be returning.
