First shop I went to for tiles, got a quote, went shopping around for the day no price compared. So went back on same day to order to find out they are actually $15.00 per square more expensive. Ordered them anyway, they were delivered to wrong place which I had to go pick them up from. Once they had their money they were rude and unhelpful. So unprofessional.

Choices Blacktown recently did a job for my company. On the morning of, I informed them we had a death in our impediment family and needed to reschedule, as getting our carpet installed was the last thing on our minds that day. The disrespect and disgusting attitude in which the office staff, the manger, and the staff on site had towards me that day was appalling. They made the morning 100 times worse by giving me so much grief and arguing with me on the phone, asking me to stay there as it was unfair on them to have to leave. The lack of common decency was unbelievable. I explained to them I had to get to the hospital asap and they asked me to stay there with them. The manager argued with me for a good 20 minutes, while I was in absolute hysterics, and he simply did not care!!! Well, I said I'll be back and I'm back, the service and the range of this store is nothing short of breathtaking. There is a lot of choice and we're buying carpet this time. The free measure and quote is a bonus and the staff do their very best to make sure that you're satisfied. I recommend this store with all of my heart.
