Hi my name is Louise, I came to Tenielle in april 2011 to lose some weight as i was over weight and to get fit with my partner.
When I started with Tenielle I was 133.kg and now im 115kg which I have surprised myself on what I have achieved.
Our sessions are hard but they are worth it as she makes them fun to do exercise which keeps me motivated to keep going. We do all different types of exercise, from the bike to running, boxing, core work, leg and arms and strengthing. I have loved every session I have done with her. Tenielle has saved my life. It has made me more outgoing and confident. I started as a size 24 and now I am down to an 18.
