Avoid if you care about such precarious things like aesthetics and vanity. Went there for a "quick" trim as I was growing out my hair and just needed some maintenance; thought how hard can it be. Turns out not everyone graduate with honours at hairdressing school, in this case I must have gotten a drop out. Hair looked worse than before I went into that shop, notwithstanding the fact that she failed to blow dry my hair properly so I came out with hair pieces falling out of my head and wet hair limo on one side. Had no style even though I was charged on "re style" rates, though if you call shaggy dog a style then I must concede.
The only good thing about the place is how unfriendly it looks and the horrible customer service, so as to ward off future unsuspecting customers. Too bad I was unawares and curious (given that it's like a long standing institution at Cherrybrook shops). Not the gem of cherrybrook that's for sure.

I wish we'd read these reviews yesterday & we wouldn't have gone. The hairdresser was extremely rude to my mother -as though mum was there to serve her. The cut was way too short & nothing like mum usually has. There are several hair salons in Cherrybrook Village & I would definitely try those first. Will not be back!!

Staff was ok, but overpriced. Had photo of my last haircut and asked to get it again (not a hard one). They ended up cutting it half the length and had the cheek to say it looked better anyway. It was horrible, and I was stuck with it for a wedding :( Terrible!

Only go there if you're desperate. Rude unhelpful staff, overbook customers so some sit around waiting endlessly. They also overcharged - sign says blow dry for seniors is $25.25. They then advised the charge was $35.25 even though have short hair - short hair must mean less than one inch in length!!!. A very unpleasant experience. Will never return..
