City Farmers

After such a disappointing first visit to the store, I decided to return as I was in the area.

It appears as though my feedback was taken on board as all staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you City Farmers for taking customer feedback seriously, it is appreciated.

The initial surprise when walking into this store and saw the enormity of its size and product range was greatly let down by the customer service.

My girlfriend and I walked around the store for a good 10 minutes without a single staff member asking if required assistance and it wasn't busy.

I took the few items I wished to buy to the counter and the staff swiped them through and took my payment. The smaller items were bagged and the 2 x large bones were simply left on the counter. No other words were exchanged and the staff member turned around and walked off to serve a customer in the pet medication area. I wasn't offered a bag for the bones, no thank you for my service, no smile upon serving me, nothing. I bagged the bones myself, collected the bag with my other items and walked out of the store amazed that this staff even had a job there in the first place.
