Had a problem with my car this morning. Rang City Kia and spoke to Melinda, excellent service. Melinda resolved the problem in minutes. Outstanding performance and help by Melinda. Highly recommend Melinda at City Kia.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM CITY KIA- We’ve had the worst customer service experience and delivery of our 2019 Kia Carnival with CITY KIA. Firstly, our lovely salesperson quit the day after we purchased the vehicle. Delivery of our vehicle was to be conducted 5 days later. Fortunately, we made a phone call a day before delivery to make sure it was still going ahead and discovered the window tinting was just being  done.  We stupidly decided to purchase the $1500 paint protection package that was never applied to our vehicle. How do we know, you ask? The brand new sticker residue was still visible on one of the doors. An offer was made to pick up our vehicle to have the paint protection applied (after we were told at delivery it had already been done) but we declined as we didn’t trust it would be done properly. Thank you Sam at City Kia for a great deal on my Kia Sportage, I'm from the country and had no problem with making the 2 1/2 hr trip to collect it. Local dealer wouldn't match the great price. Great service a big thumbs up to you, and last but mniot least I LOVE MY SPORTAGE;-)

Our expeiences dealing with Kia Richmond and Sam in particular are positive. Sam's relaxed approach as we were discussing our new car options, was most welcome. He took time to explain the warranty terms, maintenance costs and our obligations, all in a friendly atmosphere. He took the time to keep us informed as to the progress of our order, without any need by us to chase up. The Picanto was in our hands within two business days.
We had an undriveable car to dispose of and Sam een helped with this. We had contacted numerous firms for quotes. Despite each one promising to get back to us to discuss the vehicle, none bothered. Sam found a firm that made contact with us and picked it up on the same day. This was beyond the call of duty.
