I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge every staff member had! There was a massive range of live fish and corals. They seem to have new corals every week which I don't see in many other stores. They were happy to give me all the advice I needed and were very polite. Would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

I was very disappointed with my visit here.I expected this store to be huge with lots and lots of pet supplies BUT the store size is only average/small compared to other pet supply stores,and while there is a decent enough range of things,it is very basic.Also noticed that many of the dog treats were way past the use by date and worst of all was the lousy conditions the Betta fish were in.There were about a dozen or so bettas there,all in murky looking cups that looked like the water hadn't been changed in weeks,and every cup had green algae all through them.The poor little bettas looked so sad.I expected much more from this shop,I left there VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I might add also that no one bothered asking me if I needed any help with anything the whole time I was there too.
most pet stores also put bettas in containers or even in bags. No pets tire will dedicate a whole tank for one little betts fish. And the store is quite big compared to other pet stores. So don't go in expecting it to be a zoo.
Great bunch of guys , im from central coast & make the trip often , worth the fuel for the great service & the fact they are more than happy to go that extra bit further to insure you get home with ur contents safe , waste your money elsewhere or save it here !!
