Very disappointed. Timber floors wer sanded back and restained/polished. $5000.
Sanding sctach marks all over the timber floors from incorrect usage of sanding pads (too course).
Have had another opinion from timber floor polisher as the floors are marking and scratching SO easily. Customer service has been appauling since voicing these concerns...He never returns my calls.
Very disappointed with the finished job. Contemplating having the job done again by another company. Floors where stained in a black Japan stain ( as displayed in their showroom) only to discover once applied to floor the staff had never used the stain before, resultantly did not dilute the product and the floors where jet black, not a chocolate brown as promised. Company re sanded floors back at the cost of $800.00.
The satin low sheen product is very poor quality as well after comparing it to other low sheen finishes. Staircase was not sanded properly and is rough to touch, and overall finished job is not professional.
Would never recommend this company to anyone.....
