Claydon Panel Works

In my option, just hopeless I would never recommend this them (CLAYDON PANEL WORKS) to anyone," preferred repairer" for a great insurance company. They have had my car since Tuesday 5th November 2013 & it's now Monday 16th December 2013. Rarely return a call for an update. Keep tuned for an update on this site ??

Also there was some damage under the car that required the local Kia dealer to sort, the car was not dropped to the Kia dealer until 21st November (not booked in just left in the yard, "QUOTE FROM THE KIA DEALER") & is still just sitting there waiting, the parts were only ordered about a week ago, SEVEN WEEKS & NO PANEL REPAIRS AS YET !!!!!!!!! WARNING, WARNING WARNING.

These guys are hopeless. to get a quote it took a week for them to book it in before they would see it (any other place you just drive in). That was 3 months ago, after many phone calls they still dont get back and still dont have the part. do yourself a favour, go somewhere else!!!!! If your insurance says go to them, try get a preffered person to do it. The staff that answers the phone is very rude as well (as at Jan 2011)
