Clear Mind and Body Kinesiology is a Melbourne based holistic and sports kinesiology practice empowering people to recognise and resolve the stress, limiting beliefs and destructive patterns that have a negative impact on health and vitality.

Kinesiology was born out of chirpopratic and connects the physical body with the energetic systems that influence wellness. Muscle testing and many of the body's other feedback mechanisms are used to identify stressed and under-energised pathways in the mind and body connection.
