We were moving house and needed an end of lease clean. I was expecting our landlord to take some of our bond but the guys who came went above an beyond, they knew my concerns about losing the money so they even moved the furniture to make sure not a spot was missed and we got all of our bond back. Great service.
DO NOT RECOMMEND- UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT THOROUGH AND EXREMELY RUDE.
We used these guys to clean our rental for a handover last week. They showed incompetency and provided a rushed and un-thorough job. After calling them a day before we required a cleaner, they insisted they would be able to squeeze the job in. Even after we offered to find somebody else.

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the recent service provided by Clearwater Property Care. We have followed up your complaint with the Real Estate Agent handling the property (Ray White Lara) and they have advised that they found Mick to be very approachable when discussing what he was instructed to clean on behalf of the outgoing tenant. Further, that once clarified, they informed Mick that, in their opinion, he had actually gone over and above what was expected.
This was not a good experience in West Geelong. I live in a block of units and this crew of gardeners blocked the shared driveway with their trailer and left their spare mower on the driveway to block all traffic in and out. It was very arrogant, lasted half an hour and no one could get in or out, nor did they seem to hurry or care. I will not be using them again as most other gardeners have manners and common courtesy to surrounding premises. Very bad job.

I am sorry to hear your comments. I have spoken with this crew and they inform me that no one was waiting to arrive or leave the complex. I am very confident that should someone wanting to leave had approached the supervisor or employee, they would have moved what ever was in the way with a smile and good demeanour. A mower was left in the driveway for a very short period whilst the employee picked litter out of gardens, after which it was moved on.
All staff and employees very much value the support from the entire Geelong community and look forward to expanding our client base. We provide quality services at very reasonable rates with the added bonus of people contributing to an ADE Not for profit organisation.
Once again, Person5, I have passed your comments onto ALL teams to always be vigilant in assisting customer needs and maintain respectful, happy dispositions.
