Great shop and great customer service, never had an issue with them and been going there for years now, some of the reveiews on here complain about ordering items not in stock but when you use the checkout, there is an option box to tick to cancell the order if the item is not in stock so no problrm there. Best prices in Australia nad you can get items there that no one else has. They sometimes get super busy so expect to wait a while to get served. Highly recommend them!
I hate the way they treat their staff and customers. I won't shop here. Firstly, you don't know the cost of the freight till they charge you. The freight and handling charges are ridiculously expensive. The sons of the owner are outright rude and revolting to deal with. Very often, the goods you are ordering are not in stock, good luck getting a refund 6 months later after ordering stock that's on "back order". If you are stupid enough to deal with these people I have only this to say....."You have been warned....by multiple people on this site"
However, what I find truly "amazing" is that they once had a 1 star rating on Google. Then all of a sudden they have a 3 or 4 star on Google.
These guys have a good website with thousands of items and good prices. Problem is .... many of the items are actually not in stock. If you order on their website you better be an optimist .... "maybe it will be in stock, maybe it will be in stock. Nah, your entire order is on back order. No ETA. Thanks for your cash. Promise, we'll let you know if we ever get it in".
I know there is a global supply chain issue, but these guys are just incredible.
If you run a retail website, customers deserve to know if you actually have items in stock. To a degree, this business is run as a drop shipper, and drop shippers are the very bottom of the retail barrel.
I was a loyal customer here for 8 years but I will never go back. It is just not worth the hassle.
very poor customer service. i went to the buisness to look at new under over shotguns and potentially purchase. i stood at the front counter for about 25min watching clients come through the front door and leave before me. i dont interupt staff members incase they are busy. not one staff member asked if i required assistance in that time. unless you have nothing better to do with your time i suggest shopping elsewhere.
I am not shocked by this, given that there is an entire facebook site dedicated to how much people hate cleaver firearms and their poor cstomer service.
