Andrew and his team helped me change over my old split system air-conditioning unit to a brand new one. I am very happy with the quality of their work. They came to my South Melbourne apartment on time (lots of tradies hate coming to the inner city apartments) and did the job professionally. Took them a little while because the previous installation was such a dodgy job (the old air-conditioning unit was melting the insulation inside the wall), and Andrew didn't charge me extra for it. BTW, his pricing is very competitive, compared to Good Guys and Harvey Norman's installer, when I did my comparison. Andrew couldn't take the old unit away on that day but he came back on a Saturday with his 9 years old son to help me remove the old unit. I feel a bit guilty for disturbing the father and son time on his day off, but also very thankful. I would definitely recommend this business and will use them in future if needed.

Great service! Andrew is friendly, professional, efficient and very skilled. He came to service our cooling unit and gave us great advice. He also identified a gas leak on our property, had to go under the house to investigate and got someone to fix it ASAP. Very thorough, highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. His quote was very fair, he was prompt, efficient, did a great job installing 2 air conditioners in a short time frame but even more he kindly serviced my elderly mother's air conditioner free of charge at the same time. He has a great manner and was a pleasure to have in our home.

Andrew was first to quote our commercial air con job. He was very reasonable on product costs & labour in comparison to others. For us it was his after sales service that has ensured we will always call Cleland Air first for both residential & commercial - we had a warranty claim about 8mths after install - he fixed the issue straight away and made sure we were happy. All in summer too! Why go anywhere else - Local is best!
