I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. My husband organised flowers as a surprise for our 20th wedding anniversary. They like to put the blame back on the customer. It was my fault that my veranda faces west and my fault I didn't hear them knocking. I ask is it too much to phone the purchaser and say their on the porch can you call the recipient and tell them.
When I phoned them asking what time they were delivered I was told the manager delivered them and was met by a barking dog and then handed the flowers over the gate, I said well that wasn't me and that the flowers where left in the sun on my veranda and I'd found them at 4 pm. BUT in an email from them I was told that 2 of their florist delivered them and put them in shade. What an absolute nightmare!! I have no reception flowers 2 weeks before our wedding and lost most of our $750 deposit (even though Ash was the one who would not honour the original quote price that we agreed to). If you do decide to go with them, please make sure EVERY detail (even photos) is put into your quote and that you have a written trail of EVERYTHING.
My first meeting was in June 2017 and I said we were having 3 long tables at the reception and wanted greenery running through the length of the tables and flowers popping through. I really didn't want to leave negative feedback, but I have been forced to due to the lack of response from management.
Pros:
- Reception flowers and bridesmaids bouquets looked great.
Cons:
- Cost is too high for what they provide. For example we paid $120 each for bridesmaids bouquets, yet if you went to a local florist you could get the same for $50. We also paid extra for petals on our aisle and these were so sparse you could barely tell them apart from the leaves on the ground. ...read more
I engaged Clementine Posy directly over email and phone to provide my bouquet and table centre pieces for my wedding in August 2017. I got into contact with them in January 2017 so there more than enough time to chat and ensure that my vision was communicated clearly. There was a fairly large miscommunication and misunderstanding regarding the table centre pieces. What I ended up with was not what I had wanted nor was it what I had asked for. I had provided a written description, several images and discussed the flowers over the phone several times yet there was still a misunderstanding. They are seriously hopeless, I would not recomment them to my worst enemy. I was supposed to have vases at the beginning of my isle which they conviniently also made it out that there was a mis-communication and then the bunches of flowers ended up on the floor. Not to mention I specifically requested my bridal table be 10m long and paid additional for it and I was lucky if it covered 2 meters of the bridal part an they they threw some leaves on the ends. They don't care about your flowers on your special day they just want your money, I read reviews after the fact and I wish I never went with them. They always blame the other person for communication, but if they were professional enough they will rectify the situation like a reputable business would and call you for a final consultation, which I never got either I had to ring them myself.
