Melinda is professional and friendly. I have become a regular for all my waxing,facial,pedicure and manicure needs.An excellent local business.

Melinda makes my Robert Menzies eyebrows look fantastic. She shapes them so well nobody would know they are totally unruly and quite grey.
I have also had bikini and leg wax which has been painless.Some Electrolysis on a very stubborn hair at the side of my lip that has finally dissapeared.
Pedicure made my feet very soft and look fresh and her facials are very invigorating for my skin although I need them more regularly.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Have booked in twice (both with gift vouchers) and both times I've had my appointment cancelled an hour before my treatment. Unreliable and unprofessional.

I rung up for sugaring and got an appointment on the same day which was great. I arrived around 5 minutes ahead of schedule, was asked to sit down and got offered a glass of water. The salon is quite small but nicely furnished and there is a great smell of essential oils in the air. There was another customer waiting with me. I started reading through a couple of magazines. My appointment was due at 1 and around 20 past 1 the staff that seemed to be doing my treatment arrived just to do a treatment on the other waiting customer. Staff apologized and said will only be another 5 minutes. At around 1.30 staff had finally finished with the other customer and was able to start with my treatment. I like the result of the treatment I had done at this salon, but customer service could do with a facelift. I was ignored upon arrival by staff who continued speaking with their friends in front of me and then again after my treatment while they spoke on the phone with another friend. A good idea for this salon would be to introduce themselves to the customer immediately upon their arrival; then to show them where the treatment room is, etc. Not quite the retreat experience I was hoping for! However, the treatment was nicely done so if you're looking for a quick fix, it's probably a good place to go.
