Climate Doctor The

My experience with the climate doctor has been nothing but horrible. A week for them to be available for an appoitment, then they do not show up. The system is in a brand new town house and has not worked since the purchase of the property. The service recieved from this company is horrid. I do not recommend to ANYONE!!! Still waiting on an explanation as to why the brand new system does not work.

Avoid if its possible. They installed Fujitsu split reverce cycle air conditioner in our brand new towhouse. Its been neary 3 months since they have acknolwedged that something wrong with compressor. After me calling back every week, finally they replaced some boards in the compressor then..now its completly dead. In Canberra peak winter, with 1 infant and a toddler we are now left with no heating. Now I'm at their mercy to come back and fix. They still have not given my any solid time frames on why they would come and fix. Very disapponted with their customer support side of things as well.

I'd say avoid avod avoid them. Not worth your time nor money.

They managed to come out within a few days which was great.

Unfortunately by the time the Climate Doctor arrived we had figured out the evaporative cooler wasn't working because a water tap was turned off, which we turned on.

It cost me $176 to have the Climate Doctor come to the house, confirm we made it work and wipe out the filter on the roof. I was expecting just to pay a nominal call-out fee because it was working when they arrived!

After we moved into our new house several years ago, our air conditioning unit failed. These guys were the only ones that were able to service this brand/model unit, and they were very prompt in coming out. They even gave us an account to pay the payment off!
