Cliveden Jewellers

Recently purchased our wedding rings from Cliveden, from the moment we walked in the store we were greeted with friendly smiles which made us feel at ease...they were very professional and quickly understood what we were looking for, the whole experience was relaxed and comfortable and we walked out feeling excited about our new rings..Definitely will be returning for our next purchase...:-)

The store presents wonderfully however it is the customer experience where we have had difficulty in. My husband was judged upon entering the store (he was in his tradie clothes) and was shown cheaper engagement rings, it wasn't until he gave his price range when others were suddenly shown to him.
The engagement ring resize took approximately 8 weeks and needed to be done twice (I needed to pressure the delivery date as the ring wasn't looking like it was going to be ready for our engagement party).
Bought my wedding band with no trouble. But it did keep spinning around on my finger which was worrying for diamonds popping out. After being married and told by the store that they didn't like to solder rings together, I got them done at a well known Melbourne icon professionally. ...read more
