Clock Shop

This specialty store was literally packed with clocks. Grandfather, mantle, cuckoo - and much more. The pieces were gorgeous and one could not help but be in awe of the craftsmanship, quality and finish on these wood pieces. I am not a clock fanatic but was thrilled with all the store had to offer. There were other quirky and unique novelty gifts in store. My children particularly enjoyed the miniature working hurdy-gurdy selection. The manager was nothing short of a kindred spirit. I was trying to sneak a few christmas presents by unnoticed, but my children have keen eyes. In the end I paid for them, he hid them under the counter for wrapping and we concocted a performance which resulted in him running out of the store telling me I had forgotten my parcel.
