Coaching Class provides in-home tuition to children aged 4 to 15 years in all areas, particularly English and Mathematics. I am a qualified Primary Teacher with fourteen years teaching experience including Special Education training. I specialise in the teaching of English and Mathematics, although I competently tutor in other core subjects. Each student is initially assessed and an individual program is designed to meet your child's learning needs. The program reflects the NSW School syllabus and focuses on concept development, extension or remedial work. Ongoing assessment and clear communication ensures that learning is maximised. Being able to work with a student on a one to one basis is very powerful! Problems in learning are identified easily and fixed quickly!

Coaching Class strives to provide learning experiences that are based at the right level for each child and are presented in a fun and enjoyable way.
Research shows that children learn best when they are challenged, interested and motivated. Self esteem improves each week through constant positive reinforcement. Progress charts with stickers and tangible rewards add to the student working towards a specific goal. Through effort and determination students can reach the stars!
