Coastal home fencing

Well where do I begin, unfortunately we engaged the services of Coastal Fencing and did not get what we wanted. It was however clearly defined to the owner of the business the type of fence we wanted to the extent of how many mm in between slats and even, even sent photos of the fence that we wanted. As they were erecting it we questioned the gap size in between slats which was supposed to be 50mm but they took it upon themselves to make it 70mm which is too bigger a gap and you could see the neighbours (which defeats the purpose) This is when we should have demanded them to fix it, instead they got more timber and added more slats which altered the look of the fence & we had to pay for extra timber, labour and paint.
