Dr Quan Dinh is is an excellent doctor who conducts his diagnosis and counselling with utmost professionalism and fine detail. What's more, the doctor commands a highly relaxed atmosphere, no worries at all. All future patients can expect great treatment and advice from Dr. Dinh, who is an absolute expert even in his line of work.

I'm sure this clinic is great for most people. The doctors are friendly, however, they don't always refer to specialists with your needs in mind, rather they will refer you to their buddies even if it means you have to travel several hours away by public transport, to a specialist whose particular interest is not necessarily your disease. Bulk billing is a bonus, and you get what you pay for, I guess.

I disagree with Cameron. I have always found the doctors and nurses there very thorough and knowledgeable and know many other friends and relatives who feel the same. There is always a percentage of people that see the doctor on Fridays or Mondays for medical certificates and the doctors know this but don't treat them any differently. As for not prescribing heavy drugs, the doctors know that there are alot of people that Surgery hop just to get these drugs because they are addicted. A regular patient needing those drugs will be prescribed those by the doctor if he feels that the patient needs them. He is not going to just prescribe them to a new patient who specifically asks for them, hence the warning in the waiting room. As for the receptionists, I have always found them, friendly, empathetic and helpful. Good on you Dr. Prem and staff for building such a great clinic in such a short amount of time.

The entire team here at Coburg Central Medical Clinic, from the receptionist, through to the nurse through to the doctor do a great job! This is a bulk billed clinic, but you receive a level of care usually reserved for private full fee paying clinics! The staff are friendly, caring, helpful, attentive & most importantly thorough - but I better not sing their praises too much, I wont be able to get an appointment.
