I have given this store chances time and time again as I believe it is important to support local businesses but this is definitely the LAST time i bother. The staff are not only disinterested and rude but swearing when there are customers in store when discussing private conversations. I will have to go back to return an item that does not work but pffffttt to kindness and niceness as it doesn't exist there.
I purchased HERBATINT Permanent Herbal Haircolour Gel form this shop two days ago. I checked the product on the EWG SKIN DEEP Cosmetics Database and found it has several very nasty ingredients, according to this database. I was quite shocked and tried to return the unopened and unused Haircolour to the Store, I explained my concern to the staff in charge, refused to give me a refund, stating it was "their policy not to give refunds, only exchanges" and that this product was "really good for people who are allergic" I showed staff a printout of the ingredient summary for this product from the EWG website.

Not much stock - and the stock they do have is always "out of stock" so it is pointless. They don't keep up with health food trends. No coconut aminos. 2 of 6 flavors for the Nirvana salt range. When I asked if they had anymore out back a staff stared blankly at me before an agro "No". I stood in the same section for 20 minutes. No help offered. Front staff was rude. No interaction at all. Not at all helpful. Very expensive for items you can buy online. Usually I avoid shopping online to support local small business - but not this place - no thanks. Rude, aggressive employees.
