Walked in on a Saturday and made a booking for haircut on the following Thursday. Asked the hairdresser how much, asked if appointment time suited and gave all my details to girl at front desk. When I turned up at the appointed time the hairdresser wasn't there... "She doesn't work on Thursday"

Had my eyelash extensions there and probably the worst experience ever. The lash technician was coughing all over me, sneezing, blowing her nose then touching my face again and sniffling through the whole session. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes and the result looked like I had half a set of lashes. No volume and uneven. So disappointed. On top of that I had to hear the other two noisy workers gossiping in reception.
