decent store!! i went in the other day with some mates, all came out beaming! the guy at the counter was playing some decent music too, love the idea of decent ice cream (with chocolate in it!!) on the beach! couldnt ask for more, will be a good combination in summer :D will be a very frequent customer.
went to buy some ice cream and store was shut mid day. had a be back in 10 min sign on the door. Waited half an hour no one showed up. rang head office to complain, and then got a call back from store. not very nice to my partner on the phone and ended phone call with no apology. It is appualing that basic customer service cannot be delivered. we certainly will not be going back there again and neither will our friends or family. shame on you cold rock glenelg!!
Appalled at Cold Rock's contribution to the Jetty Road Traders school holiday promotion - try and explain to a four year old why an ice cream shop gave them a magnet. Shame on you that's another six kids who won't visit your shop again. I have laso laid official complaint with the Jetty Road Traders. A lick of ice cream would have made our families a lot happier.
