We are super happy with the officiency and professionalism with the whole process. We had our 17 year old ducted gas heating replaced with electric heating and cooling. From the on-site visit and quote, followed by questions to the boys installing was quality. Thanks to the great team.
Coldflow installed 2 split systems in 2017. This year they serviced the outdoor condensers and the technician noted that there was no padding between the condensers and the roof. This was the reason they were operating with a very loud noise. I wrote to coldflow and management responded immediately and sent a team to resolve this at no cost. They also replaced worn insulation piping on both units, as well as the lg unit they didn't install, also at no charge.
