Coles Supermarkets

I have lived Bracken Ridge for over 20 years and live within walking distance from your store so I shop there most days. I went down on Saturday night at 8:10pm 11/03/23 to get 250gr of ham and 250gr of bacon for breakfast, I was told by the staff member behind the counter that the deli shuts at 8:00 pm which I wasn't aware of and was refused service,,I've worked at Woolworths as a bakery manager and coles at lutwyche as a baker, so I know all about customer service and would have to say that was the worst customer service I've ever received, considering the staff member behind the counter knows I shop there regularly I thought he would of served me and made me aware of the new hours,however that wasn't the case.

Popped in yesterday as I was just needing a few bits and a big thank you to the lady at the self serve. Had my bub in tow and got the wrong item so as I went to get the correct item she finished scanning my things. Admittedly it wasn't busy but it made for an easy shop so thanks. Got most of what I wanted to.

Probably the worst Coles I've ever been to :( always low or out of fresh veges, the meat selection is quite poor as well. Pls get a refurb! So many other Coles nearby are better!

Coles Bracken Ridge is not my local Coles but I prefer to go out of my way just because of the deli! It is the most freshest I have come across, cold meats are sliced as you order it, so you aren't getting crusty ham that's been sitting there sliced for a few hours or longer as I've seen in other supermarket chains. The staff here are also excellent with their customer service and very friendly and down to earth. The other thing I like about this particular store is the size, it's not too big where you get lost in it and can't find items, it's a nice neat little Coles and everything is very easy to locate, big thumbs up for me!

it seems to be a newer supermarket and one of my favourite as far as Coles goes.
