Coles Supermarkets

The Coles store at Budgewoi is more than adequate for your daily shopping needs. There are always plenty of shopping trolleys and while there is only a small car park there are 4 trolley return bays, so it's rare to find a trolley just left in the middle of a parking space. The shop is always neat and tidy - no *clutter* (only if a shelf is being re-packed). The staff are so friendly, the deli section is quite big and has everything from salad and seafood to cooked chickens. While there isn't a *butcher* they do have a usually well stocked meat section. Fruit and veggies are like with most supermarkets - a bit *hit and miss* sometimes excellent quality and or prices and other times not as good. The baked goods section has grown and improved with a lot more variety when it comes to breads and cake. Being a small township you don't often find the store crowded but when and if you do they put more staff at the checkout and clear shoppers through faster.

While the Coles here isn't *huge* it is more than big enough, I have found the staff very friendly and polite, the store is always well stocked, no clutter - always clean. There are self service checkouts if you are in a hurry. I especially love keeping an eye for the *reduced for quick sale* products, and that you can talk to the staff, no one is in a rush!
