My favourite coles . Big . Has lots of variety and gluten free items . Easy in and out

a hughe coles within the southland shopping centre. however, if you happen to venture there on a weekend, you will spend hours looking for parking. otherwise, the store is big, spacious and caters to fresh and big bakery serving fresh breads and a range of other bakery items.

It's almost pointless calling the Coles trolley collection for dumped trolleys that have strayed from this store as it nearly always requires 2 phonecalls and much patience. For instance, my home which is a relatively short distance from the store has had a trolley sat outside it since last Sunday.

On Monday I reported it.

On Wednesday I reported it.

On Thursday I reported it.

It's now Friday evening and it's still there.

Tomorrow morning it's being cut up and made into a planter for the garden.



Maybe it's time to start making customers put a coin in the trolleys to deter them from driving them home?

I refer this to Kingston council every time I have to make more than one phonecall so no doubt they'll be looking into it soon since the store can't seem to manage it themselves. Don't annoy your nearby residents - they're your customers AND neighbours!

The renovation is very impressive - bright, spacious and well laid out. It looks exactly like a good UK supermarket which is a shock at first.

One complaint - please stop playing the Down Down jingle every ten minutes. The advertising works - I'm in the store, you don't need to keep playing it.

It doesn't matter how good your store is, other stores don't bother their customers, simply piping in their quiet, inoffensive music. I'll be going there if Coles persist with the Quo's noise instore!

Wow since thehuge renovations this store has had amazing customer service. Asking for anything doesn't get you a random finger pointing ... they actually escort you to the aisle and even help you to choose the correct product. Well done Coles! Special mention for the fruit and veg night manager who was so incredibly friendly and helpful when I purchased some pistachios... great customer service,
