Initially, they were really friendly. Went for a test drive in a new car and all was well. Sat down, did the figures and got quoted a reasonable price and got told "there wasn't much" in the pricing (meaning they couldn't go much lower than what I was quoted). That changed when they found out several competing car yards locally and in Melbourne were doing better prices and the pricing dropped.

Mitsubishi mirage bought brand new owned for 1 year, in that time it has been returned so many times i have lost count, it's had 3 starter motors replaced and is booked in for another one and also the gear box. It has done 40,000 km and the front two tires are being replaced as they are bald but the back two look new. Staff never contact us with any information regarding the mirage call backs until we ring them about it. The car has been a nightmare and the customer service as they try to lie there problems away. this has been going on for over a year and it shouldnt be the customer ( that pays for a brand new car expecting the advertised product to work) who has to deal with the faulty product. VERY POOR SERVICE
Very poor customer service.
Absolutely terrible. Gave them a price on a vehicle through a mitsubishi dealership and ask if it could be beaten. The answer was " no problem ". Drove over from the coast to Traralgon. Got pressurised and then got told they could beat the deal. considered legal action as all correspondence was documented by email. Went nexdoor and got excellent service, product and most importantly, the truth.
