Collier Homes

Our building experience with Collier Homes was fantastic. Shire approval was quite slow, we had to go through planning approval as well but I guess that isn't really the builders fault, we were kept up to date during the process which was great. Construction went smoothly, a few hiccups here and there but nothing that wasn't sorted out quickly, we were also extremely impressed on how quick the home went up. I will recommend Collier Homes to my friends and family and will most certainly build with Collier again.

All good when they are in sales mode but once they have their $250,000.00 they were extremely difficult to communicate with and had little integrity when promising to complete the home.
