I had my hair coloured at this salon recently, I paid $350 for foils and ended up with badly fried hair. When I complained I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. I have since gone to another salon where I had to have my hair cut shorter and a treatment applied.
Extremely disapointed!!! what a joke..Waited for months to get in & at first i questioned the price, but then i thought, i really want it done..I supplied a photo (which was their b4 & after)of a gorgeous ombre, then 2 sessions & $460 later my hair looks like foils NOT ombre!! just to be told that there are many different types of ombre.. Very unprofessional, extremely expensive for what i ended up with. Not happy!!!! Would not recommend to anyone & obviously $460 wasnt enough money coz when i went back i was told if i wanted lighter bits on the ends, wait 4 weeks & it should only cost another $50/$60...Will not go back.. :(
In response to your concerns and disappointment, I am very sorry that you did not get the desired result. Our responsibility is also to maintain the health and condition of your hair. This should never be compromised. Our pricing for ombré starts at $250. I would be greatful if we could meet to discuss and plan the way to get to your desired outcome at our cost. Once again I am sorry that you feel this way.

Very disappointing! I asked them for half a head of foils and was given part line foils (1/4 head foils)
The apprentice dried off my hair, no styling. I didn't have my hair cut and it cost me $170!!
