I just picked up my fur boys from Comfy Cats after being there 38 days. Seriously, and I mean seriously, this place is amazing. The cat room was inside and amazing. All the cats were friendly, calm and happy. My cats looked AMAZING! So calm, so happy. I have never, ever been so happy with a cattery in all of my life. The place was spotlessly clean, the cats were soooooo calm.
I am so happy that I can once again go on holidays if I want to.
My fat cat looked terrible when I had him sent there. He now looks amazing. Fit, healthy and like he can live a better life. Honestly, he likes Darryn more than me!
I left my vaccinated indoor cat at Comfy Cats. I sent an email whilst I was away asking how my cat was, nobody replied. I pick my fella up and find he has Cat Flu, management blamed his sneezing etc on the weather, apparently "a few of the cats were sneezing"! After taking my cat to the vet and confirming that it was cat flu, I contacted them to let them know so that they can deal with the cats currently in their care appropriately, they were very unapologetic, still blaming it on the weather!
If you love your cat, don't risk their life and leave them at Comfy Cat.
