Its a convenient bed in a town with limited accommodation. Host is friendly. Rooms are basic and ageing but relatively cheap. The owners do need to spend a few more bucks in maintenance. Have a beer and a feed on a friday night and you dont have to drive. Don't expect too much and you're a winner.
