Staff are very helpful at this branch.
Not long ago my wife Jenny and planned to go on a holiday overseas and we still had our old travel cards. The bank tellers were very helpful as they explained and showed me how I can reuse these cards. Which we did. On another occasion I was in rush to bank a few cheques, the tellers are so quick and efficient I was not even in queue for more than 2 minutes. We actually do travel to this branch in Oxley due to the great customer service.
