The staff on the other end of this Phone Call was very nice & also very Helpful Too. :)

I've just experienced the worst customer service from this branch. Waited over an hour and half for service, and had to provide the same details to a number of staff members who just kept passing me onto other staff members who were equally unhelpful, and some were quite rude.



I would not recommend going to this branch for anything Home Loan related.
