Staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Short, concise and to the point answering questions even before the branch is open for the day.

Visiting in the late afternoon is not the best time as the queue is long, especially given the location is in the shopping strip of Glenferrie Rd, Hawthorn, near the train station. The staff remains professional and efficient. The ATMs in front of the bank can take deposits too.
