long waiting hours specially in the lunch time but customer service is good.

I went into st leonards branch and had wait for 10 mins before i was attended to at the front desk. I was looking at setting up an offset account for my home loan and customer service staff was very rude and didnt know what they were doing. Im aurprised someone so unfriendly is the first point of contact to cba customers.
