I purchased a product online from Computer Alliance on a Monday and the estimated time of arrival was on the next Friday, only four days after, much better than other places. However, after I completed the payment I realised that I wouldn't be home on that day and asked them if the product could arrive one day earlier, on Thursday, well, it arrived on Tuesday! less than 24 hours after I bought the product online! Thank you so much for understanding my situation and going the extra mile! On top of that, the price was much better than in other places!

I have used Computer Alliance over the years with no problems. I have had to use warranty once and the part was just swapped and another time I realised that I had got the wrong item, they let me return it it and for a restock fee they refunded it (it was opened). Will continue using, I recommend to anybody
