Christina and her team have proved exceptional service to you family over the 3 years I have been in the area.
Product knowledge and professional expertise have been very helpful.
The friendliness and genuine interest this team have for their customers is something I have observed and personally experienced every time I have been in the pharmacy.
It does not surprise me that this pharmacy is so busy-Christina and Dominic and their team provide something rare in retail today - Excellence in Customer Service
My experience with pharmacist Christina has been consistently disappointing in the several times I have been into the pharmacy.... she seems to lack social skills and is aloof and unfriendly in her approach to customers. This aloof and unfriendly attitude culminated in an incident where I was made to wait 40 minutes with a newborn baby whilst she attended to other 'work', regular customer after customer being prioritised while we were ignored. I now walk further to another pharmacy for our family's needs in order to avoid such an upsetting experience recurring.

In regards to your disappointment with one of our staff members, it sounds like perhaps your unpleasant encounter was with another pharmacist, who no longer works here, other than Christina who was not on duty at the time. In future, please make sure that you know the person' s name before mentioning them or take note of whom you were unhappy with and let us know. Also, don't hesitate to let us know of any areas which you would like us to improve on.
