We booked a 1 bedroom standard room over Christmas 2013 and were horrified and outraged at the quality of the hotel room we were given.
It in no way resembled the photos that are posted on lastminute.com and was well and truly way below the standards that we expect from accommodation that costs $150 per night. It should not be allowed to give itself a self rating of 3 stars as this is a joke. The place we were given looked like it was from a bad movie and was obvious that the management had not spent a dollar on the place, the bed or furniture for over 20 years. This is the only time I have been disgusted after booking accommodation online and Condor / Lastminute need to understand it is unacceptable to show pictures of much nicer rooms then give people a total ...read more
