This Contours is a cut above the rest. They offer so many extras and loads of motivation to achieve my goals. Check them out on social media site to get a feel for the positive culture. This place is especially good for those who have never worked out before and welcomes you in no mater what level of fitness you are at. That is a rare find in the industry.

I was a member and I didn't like how small and quiet it was. Sometimes a workout requires some grunting! You are always aware of having to rotate to the next machine because there are so few machines. If you don't do enough cardio and do too many leg exersises your thighs can get bigger! I was dragged back in one day by a friend and I refused to sign. I was put under a lot of pressure (for an hour) to sign up and hand over my bank details for automatic payments. It was hard to leave the building. I don't like contracts let alone finding it difficult to cancel the contract. They offered me a twelve month contract, no thanks! My friend ended up regretting joining. They are expensive too.

I have been to a few gyms in my time and nothing compares to Contours, the girls there are committed to helping you achieve your goals. From supportive chats, words of encouragement. To calls to make sure all is OK if you haven't been awhile from your last work out. Its like no other gym, its like family. I haven't been for awhile now as i feel pregnant and was very sick. Am hanging to go back as soon as hubby's work hours are more stable. I still receive regular calls from the girls and birthday cards in the mail. I love that they haven't forgotten me. I'm sure the girls at their other studio Endeavour hill are just as wonderful as the Narre girls. Ow and the main point was i achieved results, amazing results while building great friendships.
