Since its opening we have been loyal customers every month from gympie on our way back from brisbane. After todays disgraceful service and food you have just lost 4 valuable regular customers. Your staff should never back chat a paying customers for starters and when tgey got our order wrobg ut was our fault!!!! Seriously wtf! Would rather go to maccas now.

Food is mediocre at best. Staffing are untrained and inexperience because of which pricing is inconsistent. The perception created is that the food is fresher and of better quality and reminisce of a home cooked meal - the reality is you are better to spend 50% less, enjoy the food and the experience and eat elsewhere.

Food was alright, portions were tiny though, and its gotten a lot more expensive since the last time I was there, had to get a McDonalds burger after I ate there just to feel like I had eaten!

They make the best burgers and milkshakes.
