If you need a specific amount by a specific date then I would not recommend.

Ordered 20 stubbies in early September with a required by date of 31 October to be delivered to an address in Sydney.

I thought 2 months was plenty of notice and I even followed up to ensure it was not forgotten about. Regardless it did not come in time. It was not even dispatched until over 2 weeks past the 'required by' date.

After multiple emails, phone calls (can't get through) and only after asking for a refund did they dispatch my order on the 16 November. I received 16 stubbies (4 short) on 18 November.

The product was late, the quantity was lacking, the communication was poor.

Although it seems most people have a good experience it does feel as if they are more than happy to let down a percentage of customers.

I at least received a partial refund for the missing stubbies.

I recently ordered 50 stubby holders from Coolaz for a bucks party. They were easy to deal with and the pricing was the best I could find. Their clear design guidelines that made it easy for me to customise my design and they turned out exactly the way I wanted.

I was clear with my timeframes and they met it, so overall great experience and would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed missed my delivery date so missed my birthday and now won't answer my emails about why they didn't come on time will never deal with the company again !
